Chanel Supermarket? Chanel-mart? What?

The fashion world was happily astonished by how Karl Lagerfeld transformed the Grand Palais into a supermarket for today's Chanel show.



As any usual fashion show, models walked the runways, more like aisles... Aisle No. 5, with Chanel's new trends. Due to the comfortable, "momish" environment that Lagerfeld created on set, he knew exactly what women would wear out to the supermarket, leggings, knits, cozy long coats (the Chanel version of a house coat?), and with everything: sneakers.



By the way this is one of the few shows that Kendall Jenner stared in this year. She seems to be having a great time making new friends backstage!

Week #4

Birthday Presents ♡

Tomorrow, Dec 1, I'm turning 17! I literally cannot believe it, this year has gone by so quickly. 17 is a weird age if you think about it. You in the in between, still a teenager, but very close to becoming independent (at least thats what I think). There really isn't much you can do at the age of 17 that you didn't get to do when you were 16, except give blood, apply to collage, get your license and legally watch rate R movies.... I'm excited for whats going to happen this year.

Because my birthday is during Hanukkah, my family decided to celebrate early. They knew exactly what to get me and what I wanted. I got a Michele watch & Coco Chanel Mademoiselle Perfume! ♡

Product Pick of the Week: My sample of Urban Decay B6 complexion corrector spray literally saved my life. I spray it on my face before I go to bed and right before I do my make up. The B6 is used to soak up oils in your face that we don't need. It also minimizes your pores and reduces redness of your skin, which is exactly what I need. Once I finish this sample, I'm going straight to Sephora to buy the real size bottle!

Created by Peter Phillips, the creamy packaging is the first time the brand has changed its iconic monochrome lacquered casing. The powder takes its inspiration from the outdoors, which is key to the history of Chanel –  Gabrielle Chanel was often to be found walking on the beaches of Deauville, Cannes and Biarritz, her face bare, warmed with subtle radiance. Very aware of the difficulties of giving Caucasian and Asian skin tones a natural glow, Phillips chose not to use bronzer or sparkle, instead working to create a powder that would focus on natural beauty, enhancing, reviving and brightening the complexion. "I worked with the Chanel Laboratories for months to compose the perfect range of beige shades," he explains.

The product is also smart. The fine, lightweight and antioxidant powder shields the skin from environmental stress and sunlight and its ultra-protective formula, enriched with cotton flower and white rose plant cells, becomes one with the skin. It is gentle on all skin types, even the most sensitive. Sculpted in a half-moon shape, the brush in each case is designed to follow the curves of the face. “You have to be able to apply your make-up without thinking about it,” explains Philips. “And even though the case contains a wide-angle mirror, you can sweep on some Beige with your eyes closed. Hula Hoop WHAT?

Chanel Hula Hoop Bag

As you can see in the picture above, this is Chanel's new bag design. Its called The Hula Hoop Bag. Yes, theres more in different sizes and colors but dont you think this is going to way to far out of the box? I get that they wanted to be different but come on this is getting a bit to crazy from my perspective. Dont think I dont like crazy outfits and ideas, I do, but this come on isn't Chanel suppose to be classy and well you know Chanel! 

I cant wait to see what else they have in store!
