Whats so wrong about turtlenecks? They aren't really ugly, are they? Sure some may look weird, old, uncool, even unprovocative, but they really aren't. First of all, turtlenecks are made to keep you warm. They're "built" to keep not only your body and arms warm, but your neck too! Look at these outfits, wouldn't you wanna wear them?
